Cancellation Policy
I charge 50% of service cost in the case of a no show or cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice.
THE NAIL HIVE — BOOKING POLICIES 🐝🌻
Deposits: A $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in a 50% service charge.
Studio Rules:
* NO CHILDREN are permitted in the studio.
* NO PETS are permitted in the studio.
* Only the client receiving the service may be present during the appointment.
